Duties include establishing monthly and annual sales plan for the team and implementing marketing strategies. Provides leadership to the sales team.Providing professional development for their teams and setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the teams performance to date.Meeting planned sales goals set by the management. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are met. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to the management. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Provide ontheground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and wants.Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Give product knowledge and training time to time.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops establishing personal networks participating in professional societies.Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities. Collaborates with other departments to develop product ideas and sales strategies.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Using CRM to build productive sales processes, manage the sales pipeline, increase their teams productivity and make more sales.Need analysis skills to review sales data and financial reports.Performs other duties as assigned.
