The recruiting company is FMCG Products Sales Distribution company in South Dagon Industrial Zone.Responsibility Managing and Developing Regional Sales Team and Subdistributors Implementing the Companys Mission, Vision and Goals for the regional areas. Ensure achievement of sales, brand, category, product and financial targets on the assigned regional areas Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. Lead in the Planning, formulation and creation of sales plans for the regional sales team and subdistributors. Ensure sales plan contains both qualitative and quantitative information and provide sales management with the information to capture all available sales opportunities within the defined territory. The sales plan will be updated periodically and executed throughout the year. Rollout monthly targets, quarterly targets and yearly targets for all subdistributors and regional sales team. Ensure sales team both regional and subdistributor achieves the targets and goals set by Company Establishing, maintaining and expanding regional customer base Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Recruiting and training sales staff both regional and subdistributors Allocating areas of coverage for both Regional Sales Team and SubDistributors Developing sales strategies for both Regional and Subdistributor sales teams Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets Compiling and analyzing sales figures Collecting customer feedback and market research Monitor competitors and their activities and provide timely updates feedbacks to the team management. Reporting and providing the National Sales Manager with the needed datas and facts on sales situation, market situation, regional situation, etc. Keeping up to date with products and competitors Maintaining and increasing sales of ETCs products Conducts Business Reviews monthly, quarterly and annually to sales department. Monitoring the progress and performance of regional distributors and sales team and setting challenging goals for them ensures that the team is provided with resources for smooth functioning. Recruit quality subdistributors and sales staffs that can maintain and enhance the companys standards. Resolve customer complaints and maintain regular regional and subdistributor visits. Ensure Implementation of all marketing programs and promotions at regional and channel level. Mentor and coach regional and subdistributor sales team to help improve their weak areas and to help them achieve their objectives. Responsible for the accurate reporting of all details pertaining to sales figures, category data, stock movement, inventory aging, personnel movement etc. Conducts training on Sales Processes and Procedure to enhance sales team competitive skills and advantage. Ensure that the training needs of all sales personnel in assigned territory are tracked monitored and timetotime followup training is provided. Conducts and make followup trainings on Basic Call Procedure and ensures sales team follows the procedure strictly and thoroughly. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products. Assists regional sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decisionmakers. Interprets short and longterm effects on sales, marketing and financial strategies in operating profit. Educates sales team by establishing programsseminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, basic call procedure, sales of emerging products and multiproduct sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and businessfinancial issues on contracts. Collaborates with Commercial General Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses on the regional areas. Holds regular meeting with ETC sales team and subdistributor sales and marketing team. Make sure all sales team are clear of their roles and responsibility and the key working relationship.
