To support in strengthening of PSM activities for the GFATM project implementation.3. Support Procurement Manager and PSM Sr. Manager in management of PSM Unit and elaboration of the PSM strategy Review and make adjustment of LMIS, SOPs and Procurement tools In collaboration with the SRs, participates in upgrading product list and item specifications leadtime, past experience in procuring this item Support PSM manager in the preparation of the procurement plan before to send to GFATM and LFA andor starting procurement process In support to SCI PSM team follow the risk identifies regarding in country supply chain shortage and take necessary procurement actions. Support PSM manager in monitoring and assessing PSM performance of suppliers and service providers. Under the supervision of the PSM Manager monitor complain received from SR and ensure that they are well managed.4. Actively participate to strengthen SRs PSM capacities strengthening Serve as a focal point for all SRs relating to International and local procurement process, leadtime and transport based on SCI and GFATM PSM policies and guidelines. In collaboration with PSM Manager and PSM Coordinator Monitoring, assist SRs in any other PSM matters that can arise during project implementation. Among others, but not limited to: Definition of new requirements, development of individual PSM tools, preparationreview of procurement process, application of Good procurement Practices. Maintain good partnership relations with SRs, suppliers and other key PSM stakeholders MOH, CMSD and Custom if needed. To prepare, in coordination with the PSM manager, the necessary reports for GFATMLFA and SCI.5. Interaction with other SCGFATM technical areas: Actively interact with other SCI colleagues Work closely with the SCIGFATM Finance team in order to ensure that procurement order and drugs use included in the performance framework are in line with the approved budget PSM plan Work with other departments of the SCI office in Myanmar as needed i.e. Link with the data base officers in order to ensure that the information included in the different databases are accurate and correctly reflect SRs performance.
