Support to Recruiting staff this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the career development strategy.Connects the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy. Maintain and ensure a safe and secure work environment developing personal growth opportunities for the employee in the company.Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.Analyze and propose to modify the compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Coordinate and manage the employee payroll with ACE software. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to all staff as necessary.Update and periodically human resources documents such as organizational charts, employee handbooks and performance evaluation forms.Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to executive management and tracksmaintains data.Select qualified job applicants and refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.Maintain and update promotion record and reward record of the employee.Develop KPI and employee performance appraisal system and ensures the effectiveness of the system.Budget preparation oversight by guiding the development of annual departmental operating budgets ensure the proper monitoring and reporting of budget and expenses. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence as requested.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to be effectively accomplished.
