Payment, Project Schedule, Legal facts with Operation Team and other parties.Solve the QAQC Reports defects according to the Contracts Terms and Conditions while making the Record of the subcontractors Feedback.Handle and solve on going contractrelated issues and change management.Discuss and get approval from management and update Contracts Terms and Condition according to Replaced Amended Rules and Regulation Laws and Labor Laws.Cooperate with Project Coordinators and Contractors for Progress Review, a Problem Solving and risk management.Oversee the projects to be in line with contracts TC from the start through to completion, and ensure that work is completed on time and within its budget.Work on a wide variety of projects, a single scheme, or may look after several smaller ones.Ensure contracts and move forward with closeout, extension or renewal of contracts.Manage client expectations while resolving Health and safety issues.Maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts
