Ensure the implementation of the five years Strategic Plan on the banking service side approved by the Board of Directorsb. Develop and submit on an annual basis the banking service related business plan and the budget for the upcoming financial year to the Board of Directors for approval in a timely manner end of November each yearc. Analyse the banking service related achieved results and compare them with the targets business plan, budget on a monthly basis, and if applicable take corrective measures andor make recommendations to the Board of Directorsd. Ensure the implementation of the banking service related policies and procedures approved by the Management Team and BoD in the whole bank micro, SME and retail segment in branches and for the corporate segment in Head Office propose improvement when necessarye. Design and maintain a proper Management Information System MIS on the banking service sidea. Develop performance targets and ensure their fulfilmentb. Propose and implement supervisory measures for fraud preventionc. Plan and coordinate the implementation of new products and channelsd. Pilot the scaleup of alternative and digital channels on the front end sidee. Ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plans and actions, in compliance with the commercial strategy of the bankf. Ensure the proper implementation of the Middle Office plans and actions for reconciliation, in compliance with the procedure and policies validatedg. Supervise the coordination of recruitment and training of staffs for the micro SME retail and corporate, middle office and marketing departmentsh.
